very busy with activity and here you'll find
information on AVHA committees, Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions (CC&Rs), Bylaws, and Resolutions, and forms you may need to submit to the
Association. If you cannot find what you are
looking for, please contact the
AVHA Board for assistance.
COMMITTEES: |
Architecture Controls Committee:
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) consists of volunteer residents
of Arbor Village and are Board appointed. This group is
responsible for reviewing any requests for landscaping or construction
projects of any homeowner in Arbor Village. The committee
reviews the CC&Rs and applies them to the request. The ACC Committee is
meets whenever they have 2 or more requests or when one
request is approaching the 10 day deadline. The 10 day timeline begins
when the request is received by the ACC. This committee does
not post minutes to their meetings but does publish important information
on this website or through the newsletter. ACC

Greenville
Park Committee:
The Greenville Park Committee is a group of volunteers from the community
and are Board appointed. The committee includes
residents from Arbor Village as well as residents living outside of the
Arbor Village development. The purpose of the
committee is to
make decisions regarding Greenville Park. Since the park is a city park
located in Arbor Village, the decisions regarding it's care
and
maintenance are made cooperatively. Care and upkeep of the park is paid
for by the Arbor Village residents. You may contact the
Park
Committee through City Hall or contacting the
AVHA Board. |
Budget
Committee:
The Budget Committee consists of volunteer residents of Arbor Village and
are Board appointed. The group reviews the
associations
budget, audit association financial statements, and works with the Park
Management Committee to establish a reasonable budget
for Greenville Central Park. |
Newsletter
and Website Committee:
The Newsletter and Website Committee consists of volunteer
residents of Arbor Village. They create, maintain, and
publish
Arbor Village news and events through quarterly newsletters and website
